Movies you watch that NEVER get stale......

ANH, ESB

And this is not a movie but a series. Band of Brothers. Watching that series and what those men did, the leadership of Capt Winters....it inspires me everytime.

I'll be the first to admit my spelling isn't the greatest but I think it's hilarious that both The Big Lebowski references are misspelled. :lol

I'll go with my top three:

Jaws
Star Wars (none of this "A New Hope" crap)
The Big Lebowski

Between Jaws and Star Wars, I honestly couldn't say which film I've seen more; well over 100 times for each. The only reason The Big Lebowski hasn't caught up yet is because it hasn't been around as long. :cool

Star Wars OT (all three, love 'em)
Shawshank Redemption
Star Trek II: TWOK
Goldfinger
Raiders & Last Crusade
Das Boot
BTTF 1
Forrest Gump
Ghostbusters
Little Shop of Horrors
Planet of the Apes 1

Cool Hand Luke. Just watched the last bit on TV even though I own the DVD.
One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest.
Braveheart.
Gladiator.
Too many more to name

ah yeah... Cool Hand Luke. To many great lines out of that movie, we use them all the time at my work.
"no one can eat 52 eggs"
"one in the box"
"I'm shakin the bush boss"
"she don't know what she's doin to us" Luke "Ohhh she knows exactly whats she's doin"
"takin it off here boss!"
"you eyeballin there?"
"its all of up to you, I can be a good guy or I can be a real sum a btcch""Its all up to you"
of course the "what we got here is..failure to communicate"
they go on and on.

Quite possibly one of the best movies of all time.

For movies I would also say ANH, ESB, Iron Man, Rocky, (II and Rocky Balboa) 12 Angry Men (1957), Star Trek II, VI, Generations, First Contact, and 2009 reboot. Raiders of the Lost Ark, and The Last Crusade, and the Bourne films.

If I may include a TV series here I could watch any episode of Arrested Development over and over again and cry laughing every time.

Star Trek The Motion Picture. Never gets old to me XD Blade Runner, 2010, The Time Machine, the original George Pal version. Same with War of the Worlds. I can't even begin to guess how many times I've seen these films since I was little. hundreds if not THOUSANDS of times I should imagine XD

Any movie with a Rifftrax I can watch over and over even if it was terrible like the Twilight series.

I had to stare at it for a while to identify what was wrong. I must be getting old. Its either that or all the scotch.

Planet of the apes 1
Lost in space (TV)
The Big Lewbowski (reminds me my friend and i talking..exact like in the movie)
Raiders of the Lost Ark

Ditto on Shawshank Redemption. There's something about that movie that touches the human spirit.

A second would be Lebowski.

Star wars. I've lost count how many times I've seen it. I used to work in the electronics dept at wal mart and watched it every chance I could. When I go to bed before the wife, I put it in. Its like having my favorite song playing. When my late girlfriend died, I played it to ease the pain. When life craps on me, it gets me through.

So god bless george lucas. Above all the bs, that two hours of film is work of genious.
