Well, I'm still waiting on my kit too. I bumped into Wolvster at Wonderfest and he gave me an excuse about accidentally sending two kits to the same person who then refused to send back the 2nd kit that he hadn't paid for. Apparently, this 2nd kit was supposed to be mine. Wolvster stated he would get a kit out to me by the end of the month. Wonderfest was back in May and I still don't have a kit.
Wolvster has also not responded to repeated e-mails AND PMs on both here and Starship Modeler. At this point, I do not know what the hell is going on with him as I have given him the benefit of a doubt at every possible turn I could. I have purchased kits from Wolvster previously and not had a problem prior to this transaction. I have to assume that he has essentially stolen my money at this point and hopefully, I will bump into him again at a con in the future so, I can have a face to face "discussion" with him.
I did NOT want to go public with this but, at this point in time, I don't have any other recourse.

"Stolen" is a strong word at this point. Federation Models was distributing them I thought. Maybe Federation Models is the reason?
Try a little more patience. Kip is a good guy. He is not a thief.
You're only 2 months past your meeting with him at Wonderfest.
I know Kip and he'll deliver. Try another e-mail and maybe not accuse him of being a thief. That may bring a more favored response.

Payment to Kip was made in March. Going back through posts most people received their kits in April. Like I stated, I personally talked to Kip in person in May @ Wonderfest. Since that face to face meeting, no correspondence has occured. This is after repeated e-mails and PMs. Zero, zilch, nada... for three months. At this point, it's not like he can claim he doesn't know about me and thought he's made good on all the kits he owes. He stated when he first put up his For Sale posting that he had all the kits in hand, boxed up and ready to ship to AVOID any hassles with not delivering on time.
I would still have sat here patiently waiting... IF he would respond to any of my e-mails or PMs. But after 3 months of hearing nothing from him, what is someone supposed to believe at this point? I've already given him the benefit of the doubt and waited this long. But you don't just cut off all communications with someone for 3 months and then expect me to be perfectly understanding. If you know Kip so well, at this point I don't want his kit anymore... just a straight refund for the entire purchase price of $219.00 would be great.
Let's see how long it takes for that to happen.

Anyway, I'm sorry it got to this point Kip but why did it take a posting on a public forum to get you to respond to me??? Honestly, all I needed was ONE e-mail in the last 3 months and everything would have been fine. Is it really that hard to spend the 5-10 minutes to reply back to someone letting them know that you haven't disappeared off the face of the earth?

HONESTLY, I know the " filter " for the internet
provider I have is a HUGE pain in the A$$ since I
CANNOT adjust it " from my end "... It holds pretty
much ALL my emails from outside the US..
Don't know why ?? :confused
