First, sorry for the crappy title, I can't remember what it's called but on another forum I visit they have a feature that gets put in place when someone signs up and stays until they hit 100 posts.
What it does is when a user hits post it comes up with a screen asking if they're sure they are posting it to the correct subforum with a drop box to allow them to change it and under that it has suggested threads based on the title the user typed in.
