New MG-34 in town! (Denix)

Got it. Had to hammer it of. Did you ever tried to remove or separate the Barrel as there's a screw underneath?
Yes there's just the 1 screw. Remove it and you can take off the barrel. It makes it really easy to transport the thing. Just remove and put the screw back with ease so you don't strip it out.

I may have to get more aluminum i only have enough for 6 right now. I'll set up the run and post. I'll take a picture of my modifications i had to do. Nothing crazy. The pressure from the receiver cover is enough to hold it in place. This aluminum is a little thicker than what I used on mine. Also if anyone wants specific engraving on their stock think about serial numbers or whatever you'd like and I'll post a run for that also. The stock has to be as you recieved it. It can't be painted.

Started! This aluminum is a little thicker than what I used. Not the prettiest piece of u channel. Hopefully some of you will be ok with minor dings on these boxes. I'll smooth out what I can. They can be sanded down smooth I just don't have that much time. At least this is a solid piece except the side plates. 1.25 inch aluminum U channel is unfortunately really hard to find here. Most of what I found was decorative and 80$ for a short piece. Here you can see the difference on thickness. I'll take pictures of my modified cartridge feeder so you'll know how to mod your mg34's to accommodate the box. I also painted my shock since the originals are black. The engraving stands out much better after painted.
