That weapon is too cool for words.
Good see a Nerf gun moded for a pred item.
This build is "getting better by the minute"

Wow looking good so far .
Interesting to see a "predator costume" that is not actually for a "Predator", as such.
Were did you get the wrist computer from?, it looks outstanding.
How much more of the suit do you need to build?
Keep up the stellar work

thanks again for all the kudos gang!

the lid is from Monsterroom, and ei'luj did the LED board for it.

i have ordered the chainmail sleeve and gloves. still need to get the tiger stripe pants.

i have the black shirt, need to cut and weather it.

after Mr Giggles is done i will sculpt the chest armour. i have all the leather and buckles for the chest armour. then i will have to figure out what i am going to do for the pauldrons.

got some goodies in the mail today! the gloves are the exact ones used in the movie. just need to get rid of the logos and dirty them up.

the chainmail is awesome! it's cool to have the weight. the only thing is the cuff at the wrist. i think i could probably take it off, but im a little scared to mess it up.
plus i would have to figure out another way to close it.... we'll see. i'll take any suggestions you guys have.

Im not sure of the size of the rings, but if you can/want to remove the cuff at the wrist, you problably could use a thin leather strap to replace it with. You could add the strap (or some other string) before you remove the cuff to keep it from messing up. Leather or any other cloth would melt in better in the overall look of the suit.
Keep it going!!! :)

thanks everybody!

thanks for the ideas Nicole. if i leave it, i may just wrap the cuff with leather that way it ties in better and i don't alter the sleeve.
if i do take the cuff off, i thought of just threading wire. it probably wouldnt be noticed.

now for some updates!

so the gauntlet is almost finished. i need to secure the lid to the board better and wrap a little more leather around it. but otherwise it is done!

i wrapped the gun handle and tied some leather/cutgut around the hose attachments on the helmet.
