Predator 2 Groin And Butt Armor Sculpt. Finally Cast.

Got a couple sets cast up decided to lace up a set before painting. The painted ones are the screen used pieces. The other is my sculpt.

Beautiful!!
It's a shame so much detail was "lost" due to the green paint job on the original. Don't get me wrong, it's beautiful. But you seem to loose all the tiny detailing in the brush strokes.

The first set was done in smooth cast 320 the second set I just did thats not pictured. I used task 13 a flexible resin that bends like urethane rubber.

I hear ya Im definitely gonna use more coppers with a black wash on my set and less greens. Gonna have some of that old copper patina look to it but nowhere near as much as they did.

Finally got a set painted up. Still got to lace the groin armor but this gives you a idea of how it will look. Did go a tad bit more aged than I may on my set. This is for a friend of mine.

Thanks guys made 2 sets so far one to sell and the other for a friend. Now I got to make one for my suit which I hope to have at the very least all the painting done within the week.
