Hello,
As my fertility idol is almost done, I started working actively on my Cross of Coronado project.
If anyone has good files to share, especially details of the engravings, it would be very appreciated!
I will base it from real historical medieval and gothic era crosses for the materials and finish.
The first inspiration is Justin II cross, aka "Crux Vaticana" in Vatican, dating from VIth century.
The engravings on Coronado cross are based from that real cross.
The second inspiration will processional cross from 14th century, as always, the prop cross has no real historical design or inspiration.
After some searches I found at least 5 different prop cross, including 2 from metal, and one from resin.
The pearls and agate inserts have variation, agate is helpful to recognize there are several crosses
I was not able to identify the screen used one, but my best candidate would be the metal one on red background, as agate stones seem to match and off centered pearls on sides also seem to match.
