Great work very very nice!!! Is it possible to do a Batman cowl this way? The added benefit of movement alone would be unprecedented for a Batman cowl!

yes would work for sure. but not in the plans for us .

I don't know why Urethane is the standard for Bat cowls these days and no one tries it in silicone?
