Red Hood and the Outlaws

Just wanted to share a few photos of my current project which is my take on Jason Todd's helmet in the Red Hood and the outlaws. Please excuse the quality because the pics were taken by my phone. I currently have the front half almost finished but I am going to eventually make this a full weareable helmet. Let me know what you guys think of the design/concept so far. I will be updating it as I go and hope to get it done and mold it soon.

Theres a concept art pictures that I also attached which I really like and tried to incorporate some of that design in my mask. I also wanted to make the eye socket shape look like his domino mask.

Thanks! Just getting the full helmet started now. I will post pics soon about my progress. I also added more detail to the front of the face and eyes.

Thanks! I have a pep file close to it already but I have thought about making one exactly like my concept but it would be very HD and hard to pep. I'm thinking about making one so I can 3d print it later when I get my 3d printer.

Yes, I have the almost the whole head sculpt done. I have been busy with some remodeling and a new baby boy. I made some slight changes to the design and will post some pics up soon.

Nice work on the 52 look dude, like the idea of the removable backpeice. Are you going to use earh-magnets?

Yes, I'm going to use earth magnets and I think I will make the back hinge open and closed.

Red Hood helmet from Red Hood and the outlaws

I know it's been a while since I posted any updates on this thread. I put this project on the back burner but I've been really hitting it hard recently and I'm almost done. I completely changed the tactics of the helmet and I'm VERY pleased with the results. I'm working on the back half now and should be finished in about a month with the whole helmet. So here's some update pics. Let me know what you think.
