Mine is having similar issues to the real prop. The more you "play" with the card, sliding it back and forth, the more the rails separate ever so slightly from the box. Mine are sightly wonky now, too! And the card itself is a looser fit than when I first glued the rails to the box. I suppose that's pretty obvious, when the rails spread out over time, the card ain't gonna stay nice and tight!
