Okay...so we have established that Joe Price/VampyreGodz doesn't have the greatest "reputation" here.

Or actually lets say doesn't have the greatest standings here.

Richie has made it more than apparent that he has NOT done dealings with Joe Price...

To offer up the password to his paypal account in an attempt to disprove the accusations is pretty Ballsy. That shows that he has full trust in that he isn't in the wrong.

So if Joe has it, get the proof that Joe/VG has a paypal dispute, or transaction number with Richie.

He has ALWAYS been reliable, and the proof is in the puddin as the Coz would say. I haven't seen one negative remark from a member here.

You say he is illegally using TE molds? As Richie said, why did he email him and not even mention this whole allegation?

and yeah, i know you're sitting there saying, "I bet Richie just cut it out when he posted it."

Well then why did TE even tell him about Joe Price and all that? Why not just snub him and curse him out.

I won't even get into the Beef people have with TE because he can't defend himself.


But I think its pretty shallow minded to point out a post count on someone, if we wanna do that, lets look at time here then, because it looks like Jedirick and Treadwell have us all beat...

And to lil Old Bounty Hunter, my issue with a noob taking a $.02 repeating stab is the rash that seems to hit around registration. Apollo said that I should apologize, I stated that it was my intent when warranted, then a post later I get the same advice veiled in a threat. Call me pretentious.

The reality is TE's sold his "rights" to making helmets and armour to just about everybody, Gino/CRProps, CO, GF, RT-Mod, AP. Not only is the principle of selling something you dont actually own laughable, but also that he genuinely thinks he has some hold over them downstream.

Deal's a deal, Jeremy. Recasting is a bannable action on this board. Selling something you don't own laughable? Many makers on this board would have a problem with a silly statement like that. Sculptors/originators on this board have a certain amount of rights, and you have no class dismissing them.

He did, the very next message sent more than a day ago. TE called him on it outright, Richie didn't even address it in his one-line reply. I do not have both party's permission so I will not post it.
Sorry to the rpf itself, but now I am more certain than ever that RA just pulled something against a fundamental LAW in this community that 1000 happy customers just don't deem worth worrying about. That's the joke, even I bought from him and have praise on what I got, but theft is theft. RA did not have permission to cast up the cap and back of the TE stormtrooper helmet. That is recasting, and used to get people in trouble here.

EDIT: TE rights sold many times? Here's the facts:

\Crprops/gino- molds obtained withougt my permission and had to use a
lawyer toget them back. No money ever sent although agreed upon.

CO- asked permisssion to make glass versions- no mmonies ever axchanged hands

GF- agreeement reached but when TE saw the helmet was grossly
midified, he did not want to be assocaited with a changed product and
abandoned the deal

AP- molds were sold from GF to AP. GF broke a deal he had with TE
about the molds. No monies ever exchanged hands with TE.

RTMod- RTMod offered to pay TE when he was approached and asked about
the molds. This is the ONLY time TE got money from anyone. It was
offered and he accepted.

The statements regarding how myself and GF recieved our molds and how it went down are entirely not true.

I don't want to get involved with this discussion but I have to defend myself against false statements.

Jumpin Jax, your argument is getting really silly now as you seek to defend the indefensible. You need to step away from your keyboard and think about this for a while.

TE has sold “his” moulds on countless occasions and every now and again something like this crops up with him trying to paint himself as the victim. His selling is usually preceded with a “I’m giving up the hobby, this is the last for me”, and sure enough 3 months later he’s back making again. He’s done this same trick so many times now its actually quite laughable.

No one here condones recasting. But that isnÂ’t happening here. TE is simply trying to milk yet another deal he made which no longer suits him.

Richis is a standup guy, period. Over the years, if ANYONE'S reputation is tried and true, it's
his. He's always helped ANYONE who's needed it, when they've needed it. In fact, his reputation
is is second only to his GENEROSITY. He bends over backwards for his customers, and many times
more than not, he gives customers more than what they pay for, and throws in freebies all the time.

Give it a rest. Richie has been around for MANY years in a community that we see those come and go
daily, weekly, monthy. Do the math ...
