Rick Deckard's Shoes???

An old thread but wanted to revisit. I was looking at a pair of Originals vs the Stan Smiths. Here's a pic of a set of Adidas Officials, vs a promo shot of the Harrison Ford wearing his shoes.

I am not an expert by any means but the shoes Ford is wearing look more like a beat up pair of Stan Smiths vs a beat up pair of Officials. The toe to me is what seems to be the big difference. The shoes Ford is wearing seem more angular like the Stan Smiths vs the more rounded toe of the Officials. Also, the sole seems a lot thinner in Ford's photo, making me lean more toward the Smith's.

I was close to pulling the trigger on a vintage pair of Officials but when I kept double checking pictures, it just doesn't look right to me.

Thoughts?

Buy them, then walk the beat with them (dirt, rain, Replicant ass kicking, dropped Chinese noodles, etc) then they'll look like the one H. Ford wears

Anything is plausible without access to the screen-used shoes, but I believe there is a reference photo of the sole bottom pattern and the Deckard shoe had the basketball "herringbone" pattern of the Official, not the tennis "pimples" pattern of the Stan Smith.

Ahhh... the old costume. Wipes tears from eyes. Those Officials in the replica pictures were in brand new condition and arent a great example to use. As mentioned, the screen used shoes were really worked over, had all the gold lettering removed with acetone and the laces replaced.
