The jeans are Levi’s possibly 514, not sure. Levi’s change quite a bit depending on when they’re made.

Could be! All the actors are actually wearing different clothes from the final scene, in fact. Additionally Rick has a prosthetic in these unused scenes.
I’m hoping these scenes were filmed for one of the other spinoffs which may lead into a reunion with some of the other cast members.
