I've seen in various threads that the Rebel Pilot Flares used in the Rogue One/Mandalorian version of the Rebel Pilot outfit were Standard PCL Airline Adaptors, I have found some online that I believe to be the type used in the film.

I'm not sure if it was the 6mm Hose, 8mm Hose or 10mm Hose versions that were used.
The Leg Flares were reused from the Resistance pilots from The Force Awakens, I don't know if they were a found part or not.
