Rogue One Rebel trooper ID thread

The double pouch with the cylinders in it is Greek web gear based on US M1956 pattern. Originally for M3 Grease gun stick magazines. Hard to find in US.

Great finds. I am looking for any information on the Rogue One homestead kitchen. I am wondering if the kitchen tops were production made or some kind of repurposed pallets or something else. Obviously, the kitchen is a homage to aunt Beru's kitchen but as there are many off the shelf props from Kartell or Focus fireplace I thought this may be as well one of those things. Can't find much info on the internet. Many thanks for any help.

Does anyone know what the Russian looking guy was using in Rogue One? I was watching Rogue One again when it premiered on the Cartoon Network.

It looks like a World War II vest or Soviet era vest?

IIRC it's a Russian Gorka-4 Parka.
On 17 Aug 2021, @1to1starwars confirmed with @glyn__dillon on Instagram that the jackets used in Rogue One are inspired by the Gorka, but are custom made.

There is also this US Grenade carrier vest dyed brown.

How shall I dye the US Grenade carrier vest that it keeps the color?
Which dye works best on the nylon vest? One company that you can get in Germany.
The instructions might be also helpful for dyeing a US backpack black that it matches for a Stormtrooper, like my account picture.

Not sure what you have in Germany.
I've used RIT before adding vinegar instead of salt since you need an acid on synthetic materials.

Are you using Rit or Rit Dyemore?
