What fine sabers! Really, REALLY nice work crafting a grenade for that Obi Wan saber. It looks just like the pineapple body, I keep eyeballing it :lol

I have never seen any production pic of the clamp in that position, the right honest way, the way the good lord intended it. Now I kinda want to make an ANH saber...

All of the new parts are installed and the saber polished up. I am very happy with the upgrades and I now have seven grips!

Did you epoxy the grips? I'm worried about the grips shifting as the glue cures.

I used super glue gel on them. So far, they are solid!

I have been wondering how I could get a TFA Graflex lightsaber made for my self. I doubt I will ever find another Graflex as cheep as this one. So, I had an idea, create a second bottom using chromed pipe with a plug in the end. So, I took a trip to Lowes, and bought a short pipe segment and a plug, for about $5. I cut it to the length of the orginal part and cut two slots into it. I did not try to cut the locking slots, the pipe is a lot thinner and I was afraid of bending it. It goes together and looks like a brand new Graflex!

I received the Luke ESB kit from Wannawanga today and cut the grips. I attached them and the Kobold ring to the bottom. The ring isn't riveted yet, that has to wait for tomorrow, when I meet up with a coworker who has a rivet gun. I will get the clamp cover and correct card when those are available.

I received my replica Graflex clamp from Roman's Props on Monday! It replaces my old rusted clamp on my ANH saber!!

I also installed the clamp cover from Roy today and attached to my TFA lightsaber, I ordered his clamp card today as well.
