No scale since none of the go motion, pyro and full size models had the same proportions. That's a bit hard to scale so, you can try with the full size, using Chewiee as reference though...

Supposedly it's 8.6 meters according to the technical info but I'm pretty sure the full-scale walker in Jedi was about 25-26 feet. The studioscale AT-ST by ILM stands about 14-14.5" inches tall. Steve's kit is probably a slight bit shorter since the legs are slightly undersized to the ILM go-motion walkers.
