This dude from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

This guy creeped the crap out of me when I was a kid, and to be honest he still does.
ANother one I hated was in poltergeist when the clown was under the bed.
Chucky,, any type of evil doll.
does the girl from exorcist count as bad guy?.
Heath Ledger as the jocker.

Hands down, the original Alien!

However, no one has mentioned any robots? I found Cain ( in robot form ) from "Robocop 2" rather creepy. It just screamed evil!

While I'd never want to meet Michael Corleone in an Italian restaurant, the following is a guy I'd never want to meet in a bar:

And this is one lady I never want to meet in Venice:

there was over the top prosthetic devil, I can't remember the movie though. It was just something I caught a glimpse of.

He had really big horns and an over exaggerated chin, does anyone know what i ma talking about?

:eek yep, thats him. Where's that from?

It's "Legend" isn't it?

Okay I think in addition to the Alien from "ALIEN" I have to add the Facehugger as well!

The squeal of that thing leaping onto/through John Hurt's helmet completely freaked me out.

Ridley was a genius building the tension of that entire sequence!

Kevin

He is from the movie Legend with Tom Cruise back in 1985. Great movie

"May be innocent, may be sweet...ain't half as nice as rotting meat"

:eek yep, thats him. Where's that from? I remember seeing it when I was younger, and then not sleeping for like a week.

Yeah its the devil from Legend, I have always loved this design. Its actually Tim Curry, the same guy that plays Pennywise. So he has made the list twice so far.

Noah Cross from "Chinatown."

"Most men never have to face the fact that at the right time and the right place they're capable of... anything."

This is going to sound lame but the version of Megatron in the 1986 animated Transformers movie just for the fact that the character was way darker and more brutal than on the show. I mean he blew Ironhide's head off point blank. That was brutal stuff for a cartoon back then. Tim Curry is a great badguy even in the worst movies. He wasn't scary in rocky horror but he sure was creepy lol
