Sneak Peak at new Rescuer Extreme Lightsaber

So the Elstree saber wasn't used in production. But... Rylo made a copy of the reveal design, and then his replica became the hero Luke saber in Mandolorian. So, the design did eventually enter cannon in a big way
True. I am curious if the new run is dimension wise as same as the previous Rescuer version, and if it's more expensive since the new one seem to include inner chassis.

So what exactly is different between this run and the original Rescuer? Is it just the included crystal chamber or are any dimensions altered?

Yesterday, I resigned myself to the fact that I wasn't going to get the interior looking 100% because of the fx limitations.
Today, I figured out how to design around those limitations, and I now have a model that I'm 100% happy with and that nails the look of the Elstree while keeping it fx

This thing will be my Everest. But, I think I know just the GOAT to help me up this mountain...

Whom is the GOAT of which you speak?

Dan, I know a lot of us are really excited about this and with that excitement comes some initially insensitive and selfish responses.." I want, I want etc." I just want to say I'm sorry for honestly just thinking of my own excitement on this. I can't imagine what time and effort, planning etc. That it takes to achieve what you are about to undertake because I've never done it. So, with that, I really hope this turns out to be the " Everest" you want it to be, not just for us but for you. Like I said before. All your designed hilts make up my top 5 favorites. They are excellent and you've already achieved so much that has benefited many on here including myself. So, I hope you enjoy the process of this endeavor as much as the result. I'm 100% confident that this will be a masterpiece. Thank you.

Hey guys,

This is a new project that I've been working on for a bit. I wanted to show it off to you guys here before it starts popping up anywhere else. It's engineered for SN4 electronics. Like the Elstree saber, it opens with a twist lock in the main core. But, the rest of the functionality uses threading to keep everything light for FX purposes.
I'd love to hear what you all think of the design.
Amazing! Count me in! That looks stunning!!

Any chance of making an alternate FX friendly emitter without the “nipple” kind of like the shared stunt/v3?
You just mean a flush emitter?

From the design I’m not sure it would be deep enough though I guess recessed blades are still a thing for some sabers, but for the, to work right they need some sort of metal inner cup which means more threads as there needs to be something solid inside the blade for the retention screw to twist into.

You could probably get Halliwax or someone to stick the fx emitter on a lathe and just shave the lip off tho, if you didn’t mind limiting its fx ability.
