SNL Schmitt's Gay Beer label help

Hoping someone could do me a huge favor and give this a pass - I simply don't have the skill set.

This is a photo of an original label created for the prop in the SNL sketch for Schmitt's Gay (a classic!) Since it's a photo there's a little shine and it will look off if I just printed it as is. Hoping it could be evened out so I could print it and attach it to a bottle for my collection.

If anyone could help me out I will return the favor with a wink and a head nod of approval. But seriously, it would be greatly appreciated!

I could re-create that for you.... just have to look around my font libraries for the fonts. Doesn't look complicated at all really. Were you planning on trying to have it printed on shiny paper? I wouldn't have the resources for that, just the digital mock-up.

Oh that would be awesome! You are a gentleman and a scholar.

Yeah I'm going to print it on silver foil paper at home, so the silver areas of the label can be transparent.

I just realized there was also a label around the neck. This is the best screenshot I could get since the camera pans quickly from the label:

There are templates online I can use to get that shape for the top label. Plus, when I create the overall label logo, I can just re-size it for that.

Also... in case you want to see any kind of portfolio that I do design for a living my website is here: blackregent.com

OK awesome. And I should have said you were a gentleWOMAN and a scholar :$

Your stuff looks great btw! Love the Mad Max design.

Lol, no prob. I just noticed the Warning text on the side seems to be incomplete. It reads "WOMEN SHOULD NOT BEVERAGES DURING PREGNANCY". Other words are cut off.

Do you want me to leave it as it reads?

Funny, I noticed that too. Yeah let's leave it as is.

Huge thanks to Kitty Butler for coming through with a flawless recreation of the beer label.

I did a test print tonight on the silver foil paper I bought. Not bad for my ink jet printer, although I'm having trouble getting adhesives to keep the paper label attached to the glass bottle. I tried 3M spray adhesive first, then gorilla glue. I might try a glue gun next.

I did this a few times and a glue stick for paper did this for me.

Well I'm an idiot - it turns out that the silver foil paper I bought is adhesive backed! All I need to do is peel off the backing :facepalm
