Spiderman Noir costume(In the works and pics galore)

I've been thinking about doing this myself. don't know if I'll follow through with it though. i like your goggles and mask. perhaps a leather trenchcoat would work better?

The noir is both a comic and a game the trench pics are derived from the comic and the pics with the vest are from the game shattered dimensions which is due for release in September

Have you thought about putting some mirrored or limo black window tint on your goggle lenses, that way you could cut a larger hole for your eyes, and it won't be seen? Just a thought.

yeah i got some mirrored tint a while back haven't installed it yet, been wanting to get the vest and stuff dealt with before just doing final touch ups like tint.

Even though I know hardly anything about most comic book heroes, I have to say I'm always intrigued by alternate versions of well-known characters. A noir Spidey could so easily have been done badly, but I like the style, and your costume.

Thanks for all the awesome comments. Ill be attempting the spider emblem on the back, I think I'm going to mold it and cast it in either silicone or latex then Ill attach to the back of the vest after its done.

quick update got my new sweater in for the shattered dimensions and went ahead and tinted the lenses for my v1 goggles here's a few pics

My face shell is from azspidey so if your looking for a good light weight one I suggest getting one from him while he still makes it.

On another note, I was able to complete the emblem for the back, it was actually alot harder then I thought it would be. Being In alaska has so many draw backs, we have no places to pick up molding supplies and we cant get any shipped up because its considered hazardous material. So in order to make it I simply went to Michaels and picked up a simple mold kit which lasts a week after prep. designed the emblem off the pics from the game then casted the finished mold with latex.

Again I was not able to get white or black latex so I was forced to use skin tone latex and to fix it after it dried. With only 3 weeks left till the con and I still have alot of last minute things I have to deal with prepping my other 3 costumes for travel and making sure they wont die in the plane to san diego .
