The TIE on the left is a ESB TIE the grill is drak Grey not Black. Interceptors are black. You can tell a ESB TIE by the U strip on the outer and inner wings so you pictures shows the differences.
An ESB TIE has the Grey painted details centered, Interceptors its on the top located at the 1 and 11 o clock positions. Thanks for the picture it clearly shows the difference of details on the hull between the two.
