I noticed the Propstore one just before the status changed to reserved and I think it was priced at £145.00
I guess that's not hugely expensive for a good quality resin copy anyway.

The one I was referring to as a good deal for $55 is the Indy Magnoli version, which is made of brass.

You can still buy the resin one I posted above for like $35-40 on Etsy the last time I looked. With a better jewel it would probably be worth a bit more (kind of a shame given the real crystals often go for under 50 cents in bulk and a dollar in low quantities so I don't know why anyone would want to use a cheap plastic one other than laziness to find better ones). But even some plastic ones look better than the one that comes with that one. I'd rather rather an opaque red one.

My "Aztec" Landron Medallion stand has finally arrived. I actually ordered an Egyptian stand, but I ended up with two from eBay orders that came with the medallions so I changed it to the "Aztec" (silvery green) stand to use with my RM German Ra Medallion. Here's two photos of it on the stand next to the RM Imam medallion on the Egyptian gold stand by Landron Artifacts.

To be frank, I haven't looked at each one of these posts too much, but I will ask my question nonetheless: Does anyone know of a good cast or resin print of the headpiece that is up for sale? I want to take a shot at metallics and see if I can gain some skills.

I own both (and 10 more with Sarednab's IMAM version on the way) so I'm not really too concerned about idealized, etc. I tend to collect any variations I can find beyond just finish/jewel color. I still think that one on the first page that HotFuzz has is really nice looking despite being somewhat inaccurate. I have no idea who made that version or where I could get one, but I keep an eye out for it.

Not too bad. Never cared for the Red Crystal, but pretty nice. I think Relicmaker and Sarednab are still the masters.

I always thought there was something "waxy" looking about the Noble one like the medallion was heated to where it was just starting to soften and then cooled again, especially on the bird's body.

It looks like a latter generation of whatever the Noble one is cast from. All the details have softened from each generation of casting.

And some weird differences: (i) cherubs are basically no longer there, and (ii) the body and head are significantly larger. Personally, I believe that point (i) is one of the great details on the screen used one.
