I just saw a screening of SP tonight and it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! So good! Very intense!

Since Snyder insulted my intelligence with the remake of "Dawn of the Dead", I swore to never watch any of his movies in the theater again. And from what I've seen of "300" and "Watchman", he still hasn't made a movie worthy of seeing on the big screen. And from what I've seen of trailers for "Sucker Punch", it's another one I'm going to be seeing on HBO or Cinemax after a while.

I saw 300 on a whim at Graummans while waiting for Wicked to start at the Pantages.
By intermission of the play my head pretty much exploded with all of the imagery I had seen that day. Just sayin'

I'll do my best not to give any spoilers. :confusedWell, that was...that, was um..visually pretty damn cool and all...wow...not exactly sure what all of it was about:confused but yeah....interesting.
Oh, for those of you that have went through a divorce or bad break up, you know how you get to the point where you can look at someone or in their general direction and fein interest but completely tune them out when they are talking, but your still kinda looking at them...it's kinda like that. Oh, kinda spoilerish, but anyway...some zombies and orcs.

Due to its quick pace the movie lacks a deeper story and though we do not get to really know all the characters, the key characters provide the little emotional momentum all the way through in spite of the ending not really boding well for me.
Sucker Punch is a solid effort by Zack Snyder to deliver an original movie with great amount of visuals and awe moments. But Watchmen still remains my favourite Zack Snyder film, here is hoping his Superman film tops that.
