Sorry, I meant the black folder containing the Colby documents. Mr.Webber reffered to it as a document wallet:

This is one of two threads where we are working to build the Dossier. It takes a great deal of work and money. Currently no one is offering a complete Dossier for sale. I hope to offer one at some point to earn back some of the money I have invested in this. It will be a while and there will just be one.
