Got some washers from schrodinger555 - his is on the left, with a Romans on the right. I do like how the profile is thinner, and even though I could likely file more off the transistor and make it sit lower, it's already much more proportionate to how I think it should be, without getting the weird super low profile transistor/op amp packages:

It’s the same type of grenade (No 3 MK 1) but some believe the frag section is flipped upside down.
