Yes...and he's in your good company also. You guys kill me softly with your eyes for accuracy...in a great way, of courseI will just point back to my previous introduction of Cameron1138 and say, "See? This. This is what I am jabbering about. This right here."
I found the technique you described and this might be a bit easier than I thought. So the use of the prefabs has the one drawback of seeing the edges and that is the spot where the glue and strays comes in to cover the backing edges. Makes sense. Thank you!! Now to pick the central prefab and some matching tuft pack.Fake facial hair (mustache/beard/side burns) are always tricky. Practice makes perfect as they say. Mix of a good glue, then applying little tuft of hair to the main mustache...some make-up and voilà. I guess it's easier to say then to do
There's quite a few models to choose from on Etsy.
Thank you so much! The jacket was definitely my favorite of his wardrobe items so I wanted to tackle that as soon as I could. Finishing it will be delayed a little longer since I had to order some different buttons last minute. In the meantime I'm working on the grey shirt with the diagonal striped bib front.HOLY SMOKES THAT IS AWESOME!!!!! I have been wanting this jacket FOREVER, but with so much wardrobe to make we have to pick one piece at a time. AWESOME JOB my friend

You can always shave the lower part of your own mustache and keep the upper stubble/hair untouched. Then it's a game of blending your real hair with the prefab one...that could, not only, cut your work to a minimum, but also make your 'stache more natural. The problem with that technique is that you'll look like Guy William in Zorro ...and knowing that I'm on your wife's bad list, I'll surely not travel to Oregon soonI found the technique you described and this might be a bit easier than I thought. You don't understand how much worse you just made it. I have been threatening to do the Guy Williams Zorro ever since the Adam Ant mustache last Spring. This runs right up there with "if your friends jump off the bridge, are you doing it to?" I still remember how much it hurt hitting the water..... so, ya, pretty likely. You can always shave the lower part of your own mustache and keep the upper stubble/hair untouched. Funny you should mention that shirt, as this shirt is the next one coming up as it is on the on-deck circle. We are going to finish our John Wayne Rio Bravo vest (which is about 80% finished) then it is on to the Doc Holliday O.K. Corral shirt, followed by a lot of other Doc shirts since they are pretty much the same shirts with just a few changes here and there. Patterns and Fabric have been bought for all these Val/Doc shirts so we ought to pump them out at a pretty good rate We are even going to throw in a Wyatt shirt or two as well since they are the same shirt with just different fabric. After the shirts are complete it will be on to the vestThank you so much! The jacket was definitely my favorite of his wardrobe items so I wanted to tackle that as soon as I could.
