I bet this gets settled out of court.
There's no way for her to lose the lawsuit. Selling unlicensed copies of her design with the TF logo is a clear cut copyright violation.
I'm not sure about the appearance of the air freshener in the movie though.
Looks like they used a copy of it and not the real thing in order to remove the copyright info.
Set dressers do that kind of thing all the time though - i.e. real food products with fake names on them. IIRC there was a box of Cap'n Crunch in Sam's kitchen but the name was changed on it. Could Quaker sue for them using their character on the mock box?
