It's not even an original casting let alone screen used, but it did come from an original. It must have been cast much later on. I've examined the lower chin vent and it's newly cut, not the original. Based on other details it was probably molded from an ESB and a smaller chin vent cut into it. It's not a ROTJ.

You might need to clarify that for newbies....as it looks like an ANH chin opening.
(and betwen you and me, I dont know vader helmets other than the basic changes)
The chin vent on Vader's right side should start at the rightmost tooth gap, not at the next gap over...it's misplaced...it might look ok but it's not like the original screen helmet chin vent...maybe they just cut it wrong but it would be strange if that's the case since the casting they derived this from should have a chin vent from which they could use for reference to cut....
