Why do we have only one sub-forum here?

Is there a particular reason why there is only one sub-forum in this forum, for Harry Potter? It seems like it would be easier to keep track of things by having a sub-forum for each movie/series to keep the posts in, instead of having to search through hundreds of pages in a megathread or sift through individual posts if you are looking for a lot of stuff from one particular series.

Am I allowed to start a new one, or is there a restriction for that?

I did see that, which made me wonder why that is. It seemed like sub-forums would be more efficient at tracking, searching, and consolidating items rather than having a many dozen page mega thread to sift through.
