Hello Star Wars RPF'ers! I'd like to show off my E-11 Blaster Rifle.
It's been made with a Disney Parks Stormtrooper Blaster (which is much more accurate than the old Hasbro workhorse), as well as scrapped parts from a Rubies Stormtrooper Blaster. I've seen folks over at whitearmor.net use the DoopyDoos Conversion Kit to "accurize" the blaster, but I've found the scale to be a little off (that's not to say their work is not excellent, in fact, it is!).

After making adjustments to the Rubies parts like adding bits to the Hengstler, adding the magazine plate and "waves", as well as extending the bottom width (the Rubies magwell is slightly short), I marked spots to drill holes for the Hengstler. I also chopped off the orange tip and marked the holes for the hex bolts and nozzle (which can be found on ShapeWays at this store. (If you plan on doing your own, this store has excellently scaled parts).

I got a little bit ahead of myself and didn't document the process, but here is the blaster after getting the nozzle, front sight, magazine, folding stock, and end cap glued on. I also drilled out the holes on the left side. I also made a bayonet lug out of a nail cable clip.

The included trigger was gross, so I created one with some Sintra. I also cut off the rear scope rail and fabricated a new one with Sintra as well.

I kept the blaster in halves for easier painting.

Here it is after getting the black paint on.

I didn't photograph it, but I modified the scope a little bit, taking a small magnifying glass and gluing it into the old hole (which had a crosshair that was grinded out.
And the final product! Its been lightly weathered, but its not that apparent since my iPhone camera is crap. It's not totally finished, as I still need power cylinders and some other things. Eventually, I'll get around to taking better pictures.

Total Build Time: 2 days. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it, but I'm going to be adding more details in later stages, like drilling out the fake bolts on the folding stock but and replacing them with real ones. It's not totally accurate, but I plan on using it when I finally get around to building my EVA Foam Stormtrooper armor (for Halloween), and (in the far and distant future) as a trooping blaster when I get a REAL set of Stormtrooper Armor.
And a sneak-peek at my next project... The DC-15A Blaster Rifle! It's still in its incipient stages, though. Updates will continue...
