For those who don't know, the "postbit" is the information about a member to the left of each member's post.

We have recently updated the RPF's postbit information to include 4 new links:

YOURPROPS: Tim's site has become THE place to post up and show off your collection (although we love seeing your pieces here as well) and a large number of our members have collections on display there. Now you can add your yourprops.com ID to your RPF profile and other members can click on the yourprops (YP).

TWITTER: Twitter is one of the internet's fastest growing social media phenominons and is a great way to connect with people of like mind around the world as well as learn directly from the movers and shakers in various industries. Now you can add your Twitter ID to your RPF profile and other members can follow you on Twitter.

FACEBOOK: Facebook is a great way to connect with and share info with friends, past and present as well as family. Now you can add your Facebook ID to your RPF profile and other members can befriend you on Facebook.

MYSPACE: While some look at Myspace as a "meatmarket" or social media for teens, it is still one of the frontrunners within social media and a lot of people have accounts there. Now you can add your Myspace ID to your RPF profile and other members can befriend you on Myspace.

To add your ID for one or more of these venues:

  1. Clicking the UserCP link in the Navigation Bar
  2. Click Edit Your Details on the left hand menu
  3. Scroll down to the Additional Information area
  4. Fill in your IDs as appropriate
  5. Scroll down and click SAVE CHANGES

Once you have filled in a particular field, it will show up in your postbit.
