I absolutely LOVE the design of the T-70's in the T2:3D Battle Across Time "ride" at Universal Studios but have always been disappointed that no merchandise has ever been made featuring them (apparently there's a dispute over who owns the design rights). So when I came across this 1:6 scale bust (which had originally been designed to be sold at the attraction shop before being cancelled) I had to have it.

I researched him as much as possible to get colours right (there are a few variations - the Universal Studios in Florida, Japan and Hollywood all have very slightly different T-70's) before painting. I finished off the kit with ammo belts from a 1:6 Hot Toys figure.

Looks great. I like the design too, wish it could have been in the movies. They'd have made a mint off selling those at the stores.

The ammo belt is an awesome touch! I never got to ride the T2 ride, and haven't seen the T70. Have you thought about touching up the paint to bring out more details (drybrushing) It looks a little flat and plasticky to me. Otherwise it looks really awesome!

I love the T2 3D ride and that is a fun design. I will say that the tiny hand is a weird fit proportionally speaking.

Does anyone have any idea where I could get one of these?

I love it, really cool sculpt there howlrunner. I wish we could' ve seen more of them in the movies...his design looked really cool and agressive.
