If anyone has not gotten tracking, check your spam folder. I heard from someone tonight that they didn’t get tracking, but the mystery was solved. I think I need to get some sort of DNS verification for my domain so it doesn’t look like spam.

lukyanov, I am in need of some instructions on how to take this hilt apart. Can you help out? Mostly the emitter end to get the switch holder out and do the install.

During my disassembly, I came up one washer short, see image. Not sure if it fell and I didn't notice or if it was omitted from the final assembly. If it was intended to be included but didn't make it into the hilt, it looks like it went together okay. Let me know if you think I'm okay without it! I'm loving the hilt

There are two o-rings in the final revision of the hilt. You should use the thicker o-ring but in another part from the bottom.

That makes sense, once I started breaking down the saber from the bottom it came apart very easily so I lost track of what came from where. Thanks for the info. Very ingenious design, by the way!
