1:18 Batman & Robin for New '66 Batmobile?

1970s Microman/Micronauts were 1:18 scale, but these modern ones are a little bigger. Still might fit.

Hobbylinc has them for $58 which is the best price I could find.

It's interesting that Hobbylinc is still taking pre-orders for the 1/43rd, which was canceled.

The latest Previews came out for March 2008 and what I assume is the "regular" Batmobile, in 1/18 scale, is listed! It has a price tag of $39.99 US!
Just thought I would share that with anyone who does not regularly view the magazine, in case you want to go to your local haunt and order one!

Sounds like regular.

The more detailed editions are more expensive than that.

Damn! Too many version to keep track of!!
I never saw the Micronauts Batman, but that would be a good option (if the size is right) since you could pose him well then "skin" him with clay to fill the joints and "flesh him out."
Also, maybe check out race car drivers and fighter pilots in the proper size too, since you can sculpt a bat cowl pretty easily and sitting, you wouldn't really see the cape anyway...
