Accurate Pepper Potts (Tony/Happy) Stark Industries ID cards?

I KNOW there were a million (give or take a hundred thousand...) people working on these a
few years ago. I found one version in the free paper props section, but compared to a screen cap
someone else posted some of the details weren't spot on.

Did anyone ever put out more accurate free paper prop Stark Ind. ID cards for Pepper, Tony or Happy?
