Gino I have said this a million times before and I say it again. You truly are the master when it comes to Vaders. I just can´t stop looking at these insane quality Vaders of yours.

i don´t need to be an uber-expert to say so!
as you asked for it:
my favorite is the ANH Vader just because of all the imperfections.
i love the "used" look which exspecially shows in the ANH version.
don´t get me wrong i also like the ESB shiny stuff but it´s still ANH which captured me. not only on Vaders but on all characters...

I sometimes question whether or not people get numb to seeing pics of these guys since I do it periodically. I try to do it whenever there has been an update but I wonder if people are like, yeah looks just like it did the last time you posted pics.
As long as I get the feeling like you guys aren't tired of seeing them, I'll keep posting new pics.
So far, ANH=1, ESB=0.

You already know how I feel about these GINO. Good to see the gloves and hands. Those things are OOOOOO worthy.
That said, ESB for me. It is good to see Vader with some polish and splendor like an evil dark knight. His armor tells me none stand before him long enough to ding him up. ESB says Vader to me. It's where he really shines through as a character.

I don't tire of the pics, either.
As for my preference, I like the used universe look of the ANH also. It is also the way Vader looks the first time we see him.
Now, that being said, even though I prefer ANH, strangely enough when I consider what Vader looks like, I automatically think ESB, bright and clean and shiny.

I think you have nailed both versions so well, it makes it all that much harder to make a subjective choice.
For me it would be a preference for ESB. I love the story that the gritty ANH armor tells, but Vader is so determined and powerful in ESB that it carries more weight with me. My association of the sound of the imperial march and Vader being so calm and calculated and evil in ESB just marries so well with his visual look. He is still plenty action packed with his saber fights with Luke and he is downright scary at cloud city.
From a completely aesthetic standpoint, I like the shape of the helmet with the dome mounting in ESB, and the ANH body looks more like an old man with his paints pulled up too high around his waist. I think it's just how the chest box sits and how things are positioned.

ESB 1st, but the ANH is a VERY close 2nd. These are the best full sizers i've ever seen...:love

I love them both.
ESB was my favorite movie as a kid, but I think ANH is my overal lasting nostalgic favorite movie of all time...
When you first see him in ESB its like... WOW he is all regal looking!
But for me the brow being higher and lack of widows peak always kinda bothered me even as a kid. He just looks like a german/japanese killing machine in ANH. The reddish eyes combined with the menacing lower brow... To me THAT is Vader.
If you sent me a message saying I could have one of your awesome displays Gino... I would pick ANH.
But there would be a pause for a tough descision as I know anyone who walked in my house would probably be more impressed with ESB or return and that is what most people remember as Vader... for me...
