Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

Hi all,

I would like to get the Dita glasses from Avengers Infinity War / Spider-Man Far From Home. Where do you recommend buying from? I found 3 places:

Is one better quality / more authentic to the movie or are they all identical?

Also I usually wear prescription glasses. Do you recommend buying these frames with prescription lenses in them (some sites offer this as an option, not sure if these do), or is it smarter to buy them without prescription lenses and wear contacts underneath the glasses? Any thoughts about this?

Thanks!

Jason at INITIUM put prescription lenses in my police frames.

Been a while since I've been here. So the sunglasses from Endgame isn't the bromleys? They're an old model of initium huh?

Also here's two Flights 006 all from Dita's official page. I knew Tony Stark's Infinity war glasses are different to Peter Parker's Far From Home. Also it makes sense since in Infinity War Tony Stark was talking to F.R.I.D.A.Y. and now Peter is talking to E.D.I.T.H.

The sunglasses in Endgame are the Mosley Tribes Bromley, they are just being recreated by Initium because they’ve been discontinued for so long.
The first pair of Flights you posted are the same Frame as the second pair, just with the mirrored lenses the stock pair came with before the lenses were switched out for the custom light blue ones.

Yep, the only difference is the pair in Infinity War had gold nose pads. I will see Spider-man again this weekend and try to see what color nose pads that one has. Both have the same style lenses (non-DITA lenses).

Yes you're right hebrewersfan they are the same model, Flight 006. Just in a different colorway which means in the Marvel Cinematic Universe it is two different sunglasses, right? Also thanks for clearing out about the Mosley Tribes Bromley. :)

Also I've noticed in the Infinity War when Tony Stark first suit up the Mark 50 nano-tech suit while he was removing the sunglasses it suddenly disappeared. And I remembered before mentioning that his Flight 006 in Infinity War was in fact a part of the suit. It is also nano-tech. See in image 2 that the temples are shorter and on image 3 his hand is still in position as if he's still holding the sunglasses but there's already nothing there. Which makes sense since it's a "Multi-Billion Dollar Augmented Reality Security and Defense Tactical Intelligence System". And he wouldn't just throw that away.

ah, never noticed the difference in nose pads, but that's interesting. Just checked out my two pairs I have with me.
Top pair is the one that comes with the Dark Grey Lenses. Bottom pair is the original that had the mirrored lenses that were switched with Jason's lenses.

Hey guys, not to derail from the SM:FFH Ditas but I'm pretty sure I found the Brainstorming glasses. I was going to wait until I could get HD screencaps but honestly I'm pretty sure these are them.

The thing that always struck me weird about the screencaps I had seen was the inconsistency of the silver detail parts on the sides. Sometimes they looked bigger or smaller depending on the frame. Come to find out, it's not a detail piece like on the Diors, It's exposed hinges against contrasting thickness arms, so depending on the way they caught they lighting it created motion blur in the screencaps and made them look bigger (you can see this in the two side shots above).
The other thing holding me up was how weird the arms were, they look thick and have a sharp bevel into the frame at the temple as you can see in the first pic, and also how thick they were as seen in the bottom right.

All that being said, PRETTY SURE the frames are Prada Sport VPS 53E in 1BO-101 Black

100 pages and 36 Pairs of glasses, way to break those eggs everybody!!! :D

Oh man, there's etched!!!!! Now I'm considering getting another pair.

Which do you prefer?

I think I like Jason's lenses a little more only because they are more noticeably blue, the Dita ones hardly seem to have any color at all when I'm looking in the mirror with them on.

I prefer the initium ones to be honest, prefer the blue on blue kinda look! The ditas almost look like a light green...might be lighting in pics though

Yeah, think you've nailed these, awesome work man!
The new screenshots are much better, showing the arm bulge to be much bigger than previously thought and the nose bridge is much thicker than the HB's. Strange how motion blur could show the silver hinge bit so prominently, when it's really hardly visible.
Well I'm sold!.. I'm off to secure a pair of Prada's asap..lol, cheers dude!

Ugh!! I should've waited to pull the trigger on the HBs! Now what am I gonna do with those!!??

So the Dita's with custom lenses look more accurate to infinity war, however they have silver nose pads. Tony had gold if I'm not mistaken?. So to get nose pads in gold, you have to get the mirrored. UGHHH it's so frustrating.
