Can't find Tony Stark's sunglasses from Iron Man 3

Those that have watched Spider-man: FFH and paid attention: what color are the noise pieces on the DITAs? The ones in Avengers: Infinity War was gold, so I am curious if they used the same prop or used a brand new one.
 
I got the email too, don’t think he will bring the Havana’s back out though! They look quite dark in the iron man 3 Switzerland scene, so i think he’s selling the black pairs under the pretence that they were the actual colour in the movie...which isn’t true! It’s weird too because I’m sure the Havana’s are smaller...I popped the lenses out of those and the black, and tried swapping them, but the lenses in the black are too big! Strange one

that was the same with my Tom Ford Johnson frames. When i did the lens swap i had to have the green lenses grinded to fit in the tortoise frames but the lighter lenses fit perfectly in the havana frames.
 
Hi all, first time poster here. Thanks for the wealth of information you all have all provided, it's been very helpful as I've been building a collection. I was wondering if someone could provide some insight on a couple items:

1. The Porsche Design P8478 from SMHC, has anyone been able to ID the frame color on this? It looks like it has a silver highlight on the bridge, so it's likely either the black and silver frame or just the silver frame as Porsche designs lists them. Not sure if anyone has gotten a good shot of the frame arms to confirm one way or the other. Also, sizing on this frame, since it is available in multiple sizes. I assume either the 63mm or 66mm was used in the movie as RDJ has a smaller face. Does anyone have any advice or experience on sizing this frame?

2. The Tom Ford Johnson frame from Endgame, is the opinion that the frame color used is the Dark Havana or the Matte Tortoise? It's a tough call either way, just curious what folks on the forum are thinking.

These are from the new Spider-man Far From Home (Chinese) Trailer.
First of all, is the frame black or is it just from the dark background?
Second, the case is awesome! The wooden exterior, the black felt interior, and the cool matte black Stark Industries card with gold stamped logo!
It also has a black wiper behind the card, not sure. Do you guys consider making one for yourselves? :D

1. I have the Porsche Design frame, I think in the 63mm size. I got the silver frame with the stock purple lens.

2. The consensus was that it was the dark Havana frame with either custom lenses or the lenses that came with the tortoise frames. I ended up buying both and doing a lens swap and am pretty happy with the results.

Hi, I know it comes a little bit out of nowhere but I just got Jason's lenses to put in my Neymar Jr's. Did anyone swapped the lenses by himself ? I find quite difficult to put out the stock lenses, I'll go to my optician eventually, but if you have any advice or warning, that would save me some time.

Also, I heard Endgame got a re-release in the US with additional sequences, did anybody went to see it and saw an eventual new pair of glasses in the new shots ?

I did it myself a while ago, if I remember correctly, you kind of have to push up the frame while pushing out out the lenses, the frame has some give to them so you have a little wiggle room to work with. It took a little bit of work though.

Thanks, I just pushed harder and harder like you said until they popped out, after putting them in hot water for a few minutes. They rock so hard, I really don't know why I only did it now.
 
Damn, Dita's with blue lenses sold out. And now all of the blue and silver frames sold out of DIta's website.

Is one better quality / more authentic to the movie or are they all identical?

Also I usually wear prescription glasses. Do you recommend buying these frames with prescription lenses in them (some sites offer this as an option, not sure if these do), or is it smarter to buy them without prescription lenses and wear contacts underneath the glasses? Any thoughts about this?

Hi,
The 3 websites you found are legit, and of course, I would recommend you the Dita website. Dita recently made an edition with light blue lenses, but no one knows how accurate they are yet, and they're out of stock, Luxury eyesite sells additional light blue lenses and they're probably accurate. Finally, if you buy them with stock lenses, you can order custom light blue lenses from Jason at Initium Eyewear. If you want prescription lenses, Luxury Eyesite provides some, but I don't know their quality, if you're not sure, I'd recommend you to go to your optician, maybe he'll be able to make prescription lenses in light blue (all this post is assuming you want screen accurate lenses).

I got an email this morning from Dita...they said they expect to have more of our Flight 006's in about a month.
