Cheap kid light sabers. Wal-Mart Space swords

Hey space fans.
I had my two most destructive nephews for the holiday weekend. They always want to play with my FX light sabers which really makes me nervous. They love to break things.
So at Wal-Mart, I bought 5 of the $3.95 "Space Swords" One didn't even turn on. One broke after they were playing with it. One never got touched.
Two of them took a beating the likes of which "God has never seen". They battled and chased each other for hours.

They even flash and sound like the real thing, for four bucks. Blue green and red I think there are about a dozen LED's that power on/off sequentially.



I tried to find my original post looking for cheap options. I don't think there were any at the time.

We have a bunch of these. They sell them at 5 Below too. K-Mart has their own version that can be linked together to make a double saber. Tons of fun for the price!

I remember in the 70's we had these glow in the dark swords (he-man maybe?) and we just beat the crap outta each other with them. Good times.

When I was kid we had tubes that made noise by the air going over the top, and we liked it!

He Man did have one sword that was half He Man and the other half Skeletor. They would connect together to make a solid sword.I can't remember if they glowed. I had those and we whacked the crap out of each other so my friend's mom took them away until I had to go home. :lol
