Yes thats whats happening... im getting worried cause also my full payment has been sent long time ago and would be watching this thread until this gets resolved or at least we hear something from Paul...

I just sent Paul an email to both addresses I have. Hopefully he'll chime in here and all is good. Its really no problem for me if the project takes longer than we though. I'm just becoming concerned that I sent $575 into oblivion.
