Well, I actually still need a ROTJ saber so I guess technically I am not done.

Finally added a cape chain hook.
Said goodbye to my old Don Post helmet.
Won't be able to finish the new helmets until this spring/summer when I can paint in the house.
Pics are kind of dark. I'll take better ones when the helmet is painted.
Almost finished with him. Only things left are helmet, tidy up the cod, and new gloves.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I love all of the ROTJ Vaders in the tread, Ginos Being my favorite. Would love to see it in its current state.

Her is my ROTJ Vader, Due to the Armor being the full 1:1 scale the shoulders look a bit broader and bigger compared to the rest of the body. I beefed up the mannequin with bubble wrap and the shoulders still look a tad big. This is still WIP.
