Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to make the mask of one of the killers from Dead by Daylight and I kind of have an idea on how to go about it but I'm not sure if it's the right way of making it.
My plan was to build a mold of my own head out of plaster strips, apply oil along the insides of my head mold and pour a good mixture of plaster of paris inside then wait for it to harden. Once hardened I would peel the strips off and have my own head made out of plaster, then I could build the mask on top of my own head bust out of clay or some other material. Let me if you guys can suggest something that i can use to make the mask out of that would be easier because i was thinking monster clay
This project seems a bit ambitious for me but i feel like with some advice and suggestions it can get done before Halloween. I've been working on a bust of my own head with plaster strips and I've created a front and back mold. My problem is I have a box of plaster of paris to pour in to my 2 part head mold but I'm not sure how much plaster to pour in to it or how to even measure the right amount of water to plaster.
