Do you have a vac table or is this all from scratch?

it's all from scratch: sintra and hotgun to shape it when it's hot and soft, then bondoing and lot of sanding.

I'm making a vac-table, but it still isn't complete

Hope you don't mind when I remark that the top of the helmet looks a little too round though (compared to ref-pic or OT-snowtroopers).

you are totally right! I knew it was too rounded from the beginning, but i decided not to get too involved in movie accuracy...now i'd like to fix it, but first i'll try to complete the costume, and then i'll work on that problem. When i started it i thought that the look they have in the comics (all withe armor) was way cooler and the helmet is rounder in the comics as well, so that's why... anyway i used a plastic airsoft US WW2 helmet

ok boys here are some pic of my finished costume, i'm missing only the skirt white trim and the buckle below the belt... and the cowl is not very nice and has to be redone...

what do you guys think? I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, everything being scratchbuilt (except for the shoes which are heavily modified ).
