I can send you the artwork I used for the one above if you are interested in cutting them out. I haven't been able to find a waterjet that will cut brass for a reasonable price and I know I will not have time to do it myself.

The other option I am thinking of, is to do an inexpensive, cold-cast brass version. I hope to have some pics of them soon.

Here is the cold-cast brass version that I have worked up.

The one on the left is straight out of the mold and the right is after being polished.

The pics are a bit crappy and I'll replace them with better, but it gets the point across.:lol

Thanks! Once you get into wrapping it goes real quick. I just want to tighten it up a bit and I did three wrap-arounds and I need to change it to five.

Also after looking at the prop, and real handle wraps I think the propmaster took some real shortcuts when he wrapped his.

And now for some better pics:

The second pic gives you a good idea of how the cold-cast brass looks. The pins are real brass while the logo is cold-cast.
