My version:

Crystallite as worn by my daughter.

This is a relatively easy prop to make, the frosted waterclear one is a PITA though! As anyone working with waterclear could attest to! But it's nice to see it worn. I hide a battery pack hanging down from the back of the necklace. The most difficult part was matching the white rope woven in with the chain (which also hides the wire for the LEDs. I eventually found some thin white polyester rope from a yacht chandler that matched very well. Absolute bore to wrap it through the chain, takes hours!

I could have the acrylic machined, no problem.

In fact, this was on my list of crap to do a long time ago.

I'll look in on the prop zone and see if the interest is any better this time around.

Or, If someone else is doing them already, I'd like one too!
