Has anyone had any actual recent success processing an order through this link? I've tried two different browsers for 'guest checkout' and each and every attempt to enter my info and then actually proceed to checkout results in being booted right back to the info entering page. I can't actually checkout...

Yeah man you have to make an account. Its easy but I had the same experience. The shipping was very fast
 
I have 1 on the way and intend to cast it with some support and properly shaped for addition to the side.
 
[mention]3DImpact [/mention] I had the same problem but I, too, made an account, ordered 2 hoses on 7/21, and they arrived safely today! They would have been here yesterday, but USPS took them in a mystifying little circle around the San Fernando Valley... haha!

Since it´s not a run and I am just organizing a group buy without even a cent of mark-up, is it ok to leave my list within this thread or shall I start a separate thread as well?

Mark-up is not the issue. All monetary transactions need to be in the Classifieds Forums... so yes, you need to start an interest/Project Run thread. Thanks.

I upgraded my account ;-).

That‘s no bad idea to split the runs. The high shipping costs from Germany to the US would be an issue, I think.

I‘ll post an interest thread when all needed materials have arrived.
 
If anyone wants one but doesn't have the time or inclination to collect parts and build, I will be offering a limited run of 10 soon. I'll be using all the identified original parts bar one (which will be a cast thereof). Actually started putting these togther nearly two years ago but it stalled!

This is not an interest thread so don't post interest here. Just a headsup.
