I'm planning on making Obito's/Tobi's masks but need help on the materials I need with the process I will use. I plan on making the flame patterned one.

Then I want to move onto the orange swirl mask.

Finally I would want to then make the his war mask .

The war mask has a helmet like quality which I will show since I want to fully know what to do in case what I think will work won't.

Sorry for the water marks but best shows for what I'm aiming for.

So I Googled and watch many videos on how many others made some masks and helmets and I know I want to start off with clay base. Trouble is I don't know what clay to use from oil clay to oven baked clay so I need advice on that. Once that process is done I know I need to put some release agent on the clay to protect it from the next step which would be silicone rubber mold. I don't know what to use as a release agent or what silicone rubber I need, like what brand or if I want pourable or brush on silicone rubber. Thenn once the rubber process is done, I spray release agent on the rubber then I need to start putting stuff over that for my mother mold. I have no clue what to use for the mother mold because I seen from plaster to fiber glass. For the casting resin it seems to range from smooth-cast to some third party resin. I know for the casting method I will be slush casting so I need to know which resins are good for that and what aren't. For those who do have suggestions I need to see the website or telephone number to view and call because I want to know exactly what I'm getting and how much of it I'm getting. I would like to know how much of what I need for this process and in general what I need. I know I need to have a pot live of 5 minutes or more from my materials since this is my first time. I greatly appreciate those who take the time to read this and if you can help, please post. I will take pictures and post once I know what exactly I need and can get.

*Update*
I think I want to use Monster Clay for the clay base but still researching for what to use for the silicone rubber, mother mold, and for casting resin. Any advice would help.

Perhaps it can you help.

The initial mask was modeled in Chavant clay free sulfure. You need a free slufure clay if you use silicon for molding. The sulfure inhibit the cure of silicon.
After fiberglass jacket for hold the silicon mold. The final copies is realized slushing polyurethane resin. Finally primer and paint.

There other technique. With Super Sculpey. Is a putty that hard in oven. You can sculpt directly with it if you don´t need copies.

i hope that it can you help

Thank you, was thinking no one would respond lol, I think I know what to do now, I have been practicing with model clay just to refresh on how to shape it. I'm probably going to make multiple copies of each mask so I'll give Chavant clay some thought but I'm leaning towards monster clay at the moment. I will upload a pic of the spiral mask with model clay sometime bc I think I got the technique down for it just need to have it even with the nose as it spreads out.

I got my Monster Clay so far and I will get the most of the needed stuff soon, I am very excited to try out the things I got and please hope it works out well.

Alright I finally did the steps, the clay I'm using is the Monster Clay and here is what I did for my base

Now I'm using Specialty resins stuff because it fit my price range and had better selection of how much you wanted. I used Cast-A-Mold 25T for the rubber silicone but I don't think I mixed it right and it was still white, supposed to be green but this is my first time doing this, I still have to trim the excess rubber off. I'm happy with how it turned out for my first time and have a better idea for next time on what to do

I can't wait to move on further with this project. Thanks for those who are viewing this and post any help that.
For the mother mold I plan on using Gypsona Plaster medical bandages and for the resin Model Pro Slow 12 minutes.

Sorry for such the wait, I did my first casting but with some different resin from a local craft store, test out my mold and my skill at it. So glad I did that, I did mess up which was to be expected, and just showing a excess spot that from the mother mold which will be easily filled. It wasn't even in some places as this stuff dried within 1 to 2 minutes. I will show the pictures of it soon, just didn't want people thinking this is dead.
