Interest Rocketeer jetpack

Hi guys sorry for the lack of updates. I'm still making changes to the pack. I have redesigned the main grill to look more accurate and am currently working on the other smaller grills.

The buckles on my harness are functional but not screen accurate. There are 3d printed buckles available on shapeways which I believe were made from original scans by a member on the boards.

I'm curious what type of 3D printer are you using?
Are the parts actually printed in metal or are they being cast from the 3D printed prototype?
 
Sorry for the lack of updates. I'm still making new parts. I have now cold cast all the parts except the top radiator which I hope to do in the next week or so. Unfortunately I've not had much spare time to work on it lately .
Here are a couple of pictures showing the new cold cast flaps.
