I was planning on ordering screen printed fabric of the repeating deltas from Parallel Life Studios, in black metallic ink on black fabric, and taking those fabric panels to a tailor with the best replica jacket I can find. So far, this company looks to be the closest-

I'm working on delta design printing, hopefully I'll make a prototype sample after Holidays.

Just posting to follow the thread. I’d be interested in a screen accurate version of the jacket with the deltas. BingoMaru, I purchased the jacket you mentioned. They use a mesh in the place of the deltas. The result is nice, if you see it from far. But not sure how to use it for a delta pattern application, since you will need to cut the mesh off. JonnyT, I believe I purchased the badge from the same source - the badge on the jacket I purchased is just terrible. I took it off and glued the new one. Here is the result - again, not screen accurate, but very acceptable.

We have started working on jacket design, but I couldn't find out black straps that go with the jacket design.
I'm thinking use nylon straps instead neopren straps with spcific detail.
What do you think guys about using nylon straps?

We recreated delta pattern with star-trek logo.
Although I haven't seen this pattern in original jacket but I guess it must be in delta pattern.

I'll start new thread for this iconic jacket very soon.

NOT METALLIC GOLD! BLACK ON GREY BACKGROUND! TWO TONES ON COAT GREY AND DARKER GREY UNDER DELTAS! Fix it.

The deltas are NOT metallic gold. It's black deltas on darker grey background.

Oh yes, it's dark grey but it's looks to me shiny like metalic.

Darker grey side, back, shoulder panels are this color? Take note of the direction the deltas point on the shoulder. Towards the neck. Points up on side panels and back.

Where did you get these color refrence?
Those looks to me slightly darker than original but I'm not sure.
